A rewind back to February 2011 with a jazzy Hip-Hop joint taken from Saturdays Meltdown show tracklist. The son of Jazz Legend and Pioneer Hilton C. Felton Jr continues in his fathers legacy of making musical footprints instead of stepping into the shoes of conformity.
A rare joint recorded at XM Radio’s early days from a project called “Art! Hurts Project Zero”. Im a real lover of all the Jazz pioneers that came before us and “Queezy” has the ingredients i like in a HipHop track. Lifted from the album The Vault: Postcards from The Edge and Other Things which includes a collection of W. Ellington Felton’s music from the years of 1999 – 2008.

Produced by Darek Dar-o Tomczyk (Poland) + London-based Ghanaian singer/songwriter + MC M3NSA (pronounced Mensa) “Fanti Love Song” Remix features guest UK Soul singer Terri Walker. Already a long-time admirer of the classically trained Walker, M3NSA recalls bumping into her on the odd occasion before they formally met while being cast for the Africa Express 2011 line-up.
The two wrote a couple of songs together for that event and knew from then on there had to be another opportunity to work in the studio together. M3NSA recalls luring her with the promise of Jollof rice and she caught the bait! Twenty minutes into the session for the remix it was already magical! The track glides along nicely on a dope mid-tempo bounce, and repartees in pidgin to Walker’s seductive beckoning, while he massages it into a sensual groove which anyone who has felt love’s aches and yearnings will totally understand. A new EP to check out from Tai Allen and John Nubian titled “LOVE MUSIC”. Six free songs, instrumentals and poems that deal with some of love’s variations, with everything they could muster from inspiration and thought. Choosing the 90′s as a musical direction and an artistic 60s/70s approach they’ve created something really refreshing they call arthouse soul.
