By March, everyone loathes the long winter that’s frosted over our lives, turning them cold and boring. This song uses the beauty of the blooming season as a metaphor for action. Specifically, the poem in the song personifies a perennial plant, as it awaits the coming of another opportunity. Patiently, we look for an opening. Patiently, we sit. Patiently, we bloom.

Dilouya | “Faithful Circus” | Album due end of 2011

Dilouya is a talented young French producer based in Paris who’s been create a real buzz lately. His track “Over The Sun FT Omar” has been getting some heavy support here on Meltdown, taken from his upcoming album “Faithful Circus” due end of 2011!
Influenced at an early age by people like Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Lennon-McCartney, Prince etc Dilouya went on to try his hand with various bands, experimenting with the groove from Soul combined with more contemporary Jazz, Funk and Pop sounds. His recent work has included a list of artists who have all been drawn to his writing skills and production work – the likes of Omar and John Turell, Hugh Coltman plus French soul talents such as Sly Johnson (from Saian Supa Crew) and China Moses (Dee Dee Bridgewater’s daughter). Bringing French and British soul music scenes together to perform on his debut album “Faithful Circus” – coming soon!
