
Those nice people over at Japans Sweet Soul Records have now set an official date of January 25th 2012 for the release of their “Soul Over The Race” Vol.2 compilation with a pre-order option available now. Similar to their previous work, VOL.2, takes on some familiar classics featuring young Japanese artists covering the likes of Jackson Sisters and Sister Sledge amongst others, as well as Tom Browne’s “Funkin’ For Jamaica” road tested here on last weeks Meltdown show.
